Your new company
This globally recognised, market leading Insurance firm is based in the heart of the City of London. Offering a world-class working environment with state of the art facilities, this firm is located a stone's throw away from major tube and rail stations. Due to recent market growth this very well recognised firm is looking for a permanent PA to support the Chairman.
Your new role
You will be working closely with the Chairman and providing a high standard of support. You will be responsible for extensive diary management, international travel arrangements, processing expenses, event management and meeting arrangements. You will be creating power point presentations, processing expenses and managing emails.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role, within the Insurance industry, will lead to your success. You will have a strong track record in providing a high level of support at board level. You'll be hard working, self-motivating, enthusiastic and have a passion to exceed what is expected of you.
