EA – Leading Finance Co
Our client is leading the way in the global finance market and they are looking for an EA to offer administrative and organisational support.
• Diary management – juggling conflicting schedules
• Coordinating travel arrangement for their team of 6
• Organise meetings and conference calls
• Meet and greet new visitors
• Manage all FedEx mailings
This is a great EA position for a self-started who has proven experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You must a degree under your belt, have a minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience and a minimum of 2 years working in the financial industry. Some additional knowledge using Concur and Salesforce would be desirable. A fantastic company to join who will really look after you!
