Personal Assistant – Luxury

£28,000 to £33,000  


We are looking for a highly skilled and extremely polished Personal Assistant to join a successful and well renowned start up working within the luxury space. You will be based in the heart of Mayfair and on a daily basis be liaising with HNWI clients and high profile stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Global travel coordination
  • Liaising with high profile and HNW individuals
  • Providing administrative support to senior executives

This role requires you to have the ability to interact with senior level clients and stakeholders, work with the utmost discretion and deal with issues of sensitive / confidential nature with tact and diplomacy. We are looking for someone who is a skilled diary manager/scheduler and is highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, able to work to tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.  The role will suit a PA with exposure to the HNWI / luxury industry and a top class academic background and the ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment.
