We have a fantastic opportunity for a professional and polished individual to join the support team in an exclusive hedge fund in Mayfair. Your main responsibility will be running the reception, but you will often be required to take on EA duties for other members of the team. The offices are beautiful, high end and luxurious premises so your presentation and personality will need to reflect the company and its surroundings. The salary package is excellent and bonuses are company culture, to qualify for this role you must have at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role and been extremely well presented.

Responsibilities

  • Full reception duties
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Greeting guests and making refreshments
  • Covering administration work for EA’s
  • Diary management
  • Booking some travel

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years in an administrative position
  • Yacht crew or luxury industry backgrounds preferred
  • Excellent presentation
  • Helpful with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written skills and knowledge of business etiquette
  • Great customer service skills
