Based in the heart of the City our client is a market leader in a niche property led sector. The MD of this business is probably one of the most inspirational characters we have met in a long time! Funny, dedicated, upbeat and hugely likeable.

He is looking for a right hand person to join him and get under the skin of the business. You will quickly gain an understanding of the company, it’s clients and the internal and external stakeholders. From day one, you’ll be given responsibility and autonomy.

You’ll be expected to run a tight ship with inbox management and intuitive diary management being a pre-requisite. You will be able to step up and speak knowledgably to clients in the absence of the MD and be solutions focussed at every turn.

Our client is looking for someone who wants to become a trusted confidante and aide, someone who will be committed and enjoy working with a true professional who is innovative and pushes himself to be the best he possibly can.

He is looking for a true ‘side-kick’ and someone that will allow him to build the business whilst they take care everything else.

You

You will be an exceptionally well presented and seasoned PA with at least 5-10 years’ experience. You will have worked at Senior Board level within a large organisation and understand what it is to provide exemplary EA support. You will be committed and loyal and ideally have a sense of humour and realness to match this gentleman.

Forward planning and a passion to garner knowledge are essential requirements to succeed in this role.
