Administrator for top City Wealth Management Firm £18,000 - £21,000 Assist with the day to day general administration for the Directors, and provide support to the Senior Assistants dealing with routine tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team. Provide cover and for specific projects. General administration to include: ISA subscriptions and transfers Liaise with operations department Checking despatch of contract notes Ensuring maintenance of client KYC on systems Ensuring client reviews are recorded correctly on systems General administration, record keeping and electronic filing Written and oral communication, word processing and typing This list is not exclusive and there may be additional duties to perform Qualifications: Willing to work to obtain relevant qualifications dependent on experience. Experience Previous admin advantageous with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook Additional training will be provided on internal systems Skills: Accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail Ability to meet deadline/work within restricted timescales Flexible and reliable Professional and punctual Ability to work on own initiative to achieve the result To be a good team member
