My client is a renowned private beauty clinic based in Central London with a long list of high profile patients coming through the doors each day. Founded almost 20 years ago it is a small but extremely successful clinic with approx. 10 members of staff. 

They are currently looking for a very well organised PA/Administrator whose role will be split between building great relationships with patients at the reception desk and then working in the director's office managing his very busy diary. He is a high net worth individual and attends many conferences and/or media events every month. He is one of the best in the industry and he needs someone who is extremely well organised. He also requires someone with excellent typing skills and fantastic attention to detail.

This is a very busy role which demands great communication skills but also solid administrative skills (typing/Excel/Outlook, etc). Great numerical skills is also a must.

You must have at least 4-5 years' Administrative/PA experience.

Please note you will be working different shifts which will be 9-6 then 2 to 3 shifts a week 11am until 8pm and 2 saturdays a month 9-3 but you will get the Monday off in lieu.

You must also be based in London.

Salary up to £29,000 + benefits.
