The Company
My client is a high net worth individual who is looking for a highly organised and proactive French speaking Private Personal Assistant who is adaptable and has extensive experience of supporting a HNWI.

The Role
Dairy management; organise meetings and personal appointments
EVENTS : manage /organise professional and personal events
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS: Book flights, trains, organise drivers for travel and daily schedule/hotels and activities. Organise visas for Staff or the family.
Attend social and art events in the evenings when required.
IT: Give solution to IT problems in the office with computers or phones.
CONTACTS: Manage all contacts /organise contact book
HR: Interview and source for candidates for the houses if needed.
ACCOUNTS: liaise for payment of invoices.
FILLING+ORGANISE: filling and organising all professional and personal documents to keep record
SOCIAL MEDIA: Liaise with social media. Schedule events she might be attending/writing on her blog.
HOUSE STAFF: Organise the schedule of all house staff and over look their work/timetable. Recruitment of house staff.
CONTRACTORS: Liaise with all contractors at the house and organise the yearly maintenance of the house and give solution to any problems that may come up.
ART: liaise with the person in charge of Art to overlook the art at the house
EXPENSES: Petty cash and card statements
OFFICE MANAGEMENT: Have the meeting room ready for meetings/coffees, drinks etc/ studio ready for rehearsals
Supporting Fashion Business administration

The Person
Minimum 1 year Private PA experience
Ideally Business French
Highly organised
IT Literate
