Our client is a leading Charity with Offices based across London who are recruiting an Operations/Office Manager to join their growing and influential organisation. This role will be supporting the smooth running of the administrative and financial functions of the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking a varied and involved position within the Jewish Community.

Duties to include:
* To ensure the smooth running of the office
* Managing the smooth running of the organisations Administrative Procedures
* Coordinating and overseeing projects
* Liaising with members, donors, volunteers, and communal members on a daily basis
* Attending weekly and monthly board meetings
* Marketing the Services and events offered by the organisation via the website/social media and coordinating weekly/monthly newsletters
* Responsible for all internal and external communications
* Financial administration; overseeing membership payments, recording incoming donations, dealing with supplier invoices and handling all receipts and payments in respect to communal events.

Skills and attributes:
* Strong Administrative and Managerial skills
* Previous operations/office management experience
* Knowledge of Basic Spoken Hebrew desirable
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
* Excellent interpersonal and IT skills
