Our client is a prestigious and successful Estate Agents with offices located across upmarket areas of London. Our client deals exclusively with high end Properties and they are now looking for a dynamic Property/Office Administrator to support their expanding Sales and Lettings team.

Duties will include:

* Providing administrative and secretarial support to a busy sales team
* Liaising with high net worth clients, tenants and landlords
* Diary management, arranging meetings
* Composing emails and business letter correspondence
* Lettings and general property administration
* Assisting with drawing up sales memorandums
* Typing up valuations and instruction letters
* Preparing property details
* Managing Key Distribution to upmarket properties
* Assisting with property maintenance administration
* Assisting with marketing projects, advertising properties online and in brochures/magazines
* All round administrative support to the team


* Previous experience in Property
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multitask
