Our client, a very prestigious and successful property company based in North West London are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Coordinator to join their vibrant offices that deal predominantly with high end and prestigious properties.
Duties will include:

* Overseeing and Coordinating the letting of a portfolio of Properties
* Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding issues with the property
* Producing and processing all new tenant paperwork
* Preparing tenancy agreement & renewal documents
* Liaising with contractors to ensure that any maintenance work is carried out
* Updating EPCs and Gas Safety Certificates
* Preparing and updating property lists
* Updating internet and property portals
* Marketing properties through brochures and online
* Assisting with Ad-hoc projects

Skills and attributes:
* Previous Lettings experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask
* Articulate
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Solid IT skills
