An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a high end and established Financial Services Company that is located in North West London. The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to a busy loans team.

Duties will include:

* Responding to client and customer enquiries via email or over the phone
* Obtaining all relevant information to ensure that customers are eligible for a loan
* Handling incoming calls
* Organising appointments with customers and agents
* Producing loan documentation
* Liaising with internal departments
* Updating in-house database
* Scanning and organising all relevant information relating to loans
* Liaising with solicitors
* Issuing cheques and sending bills of sales to court
* Preparing Contracts

Skills and attributes:

*Previous Administrative experience
*Good telephone manner coupled with excellent customer Service Skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent IT skills
