This is a rewarding and involved role working for a top global organisation. We are looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant who will play an instrumental part to the success of this team. Supporting three senior executives this is a multifaceted role that will make the most of your ultimate organisational skills and ability to keep things in tip-top shape.

Your role as an EA will see you assisting with a range of business responsibilities including complex diary management and travel arrangements. You will be experienced and confident working with international time-zones and a packed diary. Your ability to act quickly and maintain attention to detail at all times will see you develop trust in a role where actions are everything. Other parts of your role will include research, presentations and acting as key point of contact for external and internal contacts. An astute EA who is quick to pick up new systems and is tech savvy will work really well. You will be detail orientated able to pick up on the finest of details in your role from proof-reading documents to pulling together presentations.
You will have a "can do" attitude, be detail and deadline orientated and most importantly a team player. A great opportunity to join a well-respected team of professionals.
