Would you like to be an Administrator on a busy sales floor? My client are a leading organisation within the Media industry and are looking for a bright and dynamic individual to join their team.
Duties of the role include:
*Supporting Sales Managers and Account Managers with all aspects of sales administration, including use of Salesforce
*Help new starters and train them on the CRM system
*Track and reporting of marketing leads
*Sending weekly reports to Senior Managers
*Answering the phones, dealing with clients, and all general office admin duties
The ideal candidate will have the following:
*Past experience in a similar role in any kind of industry
*MUST HAVE Salesforce experience
*Attention to detail and the ability to work with Senior Managers
*Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages
*High level of the English language and impeccable grammar
