Creative business based in Central London are hiring an Office Manager to make the London office run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, creating a great environment for staff and visitors.
The Role:
- Overall office and facilities management
- Working with and managing receptionist to ensure excellent front of house experience
- Executive support to directors and senior team
- HR management and administration
- IT support for staff and liaising with IT supplier
- Managing supplier contracts and agreements
- Managing company health & safety requirements
- Organising agency social and marketing events
Experience
- Proven success in a similar role and environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Highly organised and able to work to own initiative
- Good people manager
- Friendly and welcoming persona for staff, clients, suppliers, visitors
- Excellent telephone manner and understanding of telephone systems
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR processes
- Good personal IT skills
