Creative business based in Central London are hiring an Office Manager to make the London office run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, creating a great environment for staff and visitors.

The Role:

  • Overall office and facilities management
  • Working with and managing receptionist to ensure excellent front of house experience
  • Executive support to directors and senior team
  • HR management and administration
  • IT support for staff and liaising with IT supplier
  • Managing supplier contracts and agreements
  • Managing company health & safety requirements
  • Organising agency social and marketing events


  • Proven success in a similar role and environment

Knowledge & Skills

  • Highly organised and able to work to own initiative
  • Good people manager
  • Friendly and welcoming persona for staff, clients, suppliers, visitors
  • Excellent telephone manner and understanding of telephone systems
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR processes
  • Good personal IT skills
