Very smart offices in the heart of the West End will be your new home when you join this Private Equity Company with a family feel and appreciative, friendly colleagues. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting all visitors, organising meeting rooms, setting up of video conference facilities, ordering stationery and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Other duties will involve supporting to two EA’s and organising travel and taxis for executives plus some secretarial support (general typing, document scanning, binding presentations etc). This position would suit a well-groomed Receptionist/Administrator who is keen to use their IT skills, looking for involvement and eager to take ownership of the role.
