We have just taken on en excellent opportunity for an Office Management Assistant to join a lovely private equity firm based in Mayfair. There are around people in the London office

The role is incredibly varied and in assisting the Office Manager, you will be involved in facilities management and accounts administration (processing of invoices and expenses), helping out wqith foreign currency requests from various teams within the London and New York office, assisting the reception team with duties such as couriers, post and stationery ordering. There will also be a bit of reception cover required when there is sickness or holiday or just when generally busy.

Another element of the role will involve event organisation, so helping out with things like the christmas and summer parties, birthdays and other corporate events the firm might host.

They are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role or at least in an office environment who wants to learn and grow within a company. Corporate experience is highly desirable but not essential.

The core hours are 9-5.30pm and they will pay up to £32k for the right person. Their benefits package includes healthcare, pension and a discretionary bonus.
