A deluxe property firm in South West London has an opportunity for an Office Co-ordinator to join their lively and hardworking team! We are looking for an Office Co-ordinator with the capacity, flexibility and experience to manage traditional receptionist duties, take on all office duties and provide PA support to the Director when required. This is a chance to progress within a high-end property firm with great hours and a generous salary!

Key responsibilities:

*First point of call for all visitors/clients
*Answering phones and filtering calls
*Managing all incoming and outgoing post
*Ordering office supplies and checking stock
*Coordinating meeting rooms
*Assisting with marketing projects
*Assist with arranging viewings and upkeep of the team diary
*Manage documents and records
*General housekeeping and supplies
*Ad hoc PA support to the director

Essential qualities:

*Advanced in MS Office packages
*Excellent multi-tasker
*Organisation and prioritisation skills
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
*Experience in an administrative role
