This superb Comms agency, with an impressive roster of clients is looking for a PA/Office Manager to join their fantastic team based in London.

Your main role will be to provide administrative and operational support to the managing director whilst managing the running of the office, with occasional management of accounts.

Your PA duties will include extensive diary management, coordinating meetings and minute taking. Other tasks will include organising company events e.g. training days and social events, corresponding to emails on behalf of the directors and ad hoc admin requests.

As office manager you will be the main point of contact for all day-to-day requirements, the key coordinator for HR administration, and in charge of organisation of interns and graduates. With accounts you will assist with processing invoices, receipts and payments, organising payroll and completing finance paperwork.

You will be a brilliant team player and be able to multi-task under pressure whilst reaming calm. You will have a professional manner with discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. You will have excellent communication skills and be IT literate with great knowledge of all MS office software.  You will have a bubbly and energetic attitude and a good sense of humour.

You will also have experience of supporting senior management.
