This world-famous Talent Agency, who are part of one of the best-known Creative Communications Networks in the world, is looking for a talented Office Co-ordinator to join their growing London Agency office. Representing some of the biggest names in Sports, Entertainment, Broadcast, Commercial, Corporate and Live Television among others, this role will see you supporting the office and working alongside the Agents, to ensure that the Agency is operating at maximum capacity! A true all-round role, this position will see you become the lynch pin of the office, working closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure that all internal presentations are up-to-date, the CEO’s diary and plans are concrete, the Agency website is fully updated with new profiles, Event Management for the Agency, implementing new processes and organising new starters, liaising with suppliers and ensuring the best deals for the Agency, editing and managing the company website and ad hoc office co-ordination/management duties when required. This extremely forward-thinking and sociable Agency will require someone who fits with their ethos and who can really bring something new to this position, which will see you working under your own autonomy, but as part of a well-structured and successful team.
