I am working on behalf of a leading independent reception management company, delivering a 5 star hotel-style visitor experience to prestigious offices across London. They are now looking for a Client Services Manager to assist their teams across London. This role requires an individual who is highly customer focussed and is able to communicate at all levels. 

•    Managing, building and strengthening relationships with clients and employees 
•    Attending monthly review meetings with clients 
•    Overseeing 20-25 client sites, approximately 40 employees across London  
•    Preparing presentations on PowerPoint and reports on Excel 
•    Develop strong operational relationships with clients to understand their needs 
•    Monthly completions of SLA's, KPI'S, risk assessments and contractor audit forms 
•    Ensuring contractual agreements are fulfilled 
•    Ensure operatives are following correct procedures 
•    Maintain effective working relationships with all departments at head office
•    Carrying out performance and grooming assessments 
•    Carrying out annual appraisals and probation reviews 
•    Conduct meetings of concern and investigations 
•    Sickness and timekeeping management and carrying out return to work interviews 
•    Direct involvement in pitching and presenting to clients for new or retention of existing business

•    At least 3 years experience working within a customer service environment, one year of which must have been within a supervisory capacity 
•    Hotel or Corporate Reception experience is essential
•    Experience in directly overseeing contracts 
•    Knowledge of conducting HR meetings such as disciplinarians, appraisals and dismissals 
•    Diary Management, prioritisation of workload and delegating tasks
•    Great training and development skills 
•    Experience in compiling monthly reports to include service delivery in line with budget would be an advantage 
•    Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to inspire
•    Excellent organisational and time management skills 
•    Superb IT skills and meticulous written skills 
•    You will need to be an engaging communicator who can build rapport and trusting relationships quickly
•    You will immaculate presented and have a genuine passion for guest services
