We are currently recruiting for a front of house Receptionist / Office Assistant, to join the London office of a global Asset Management firm. With stunning offices in the West End, you will enjoy a varied role, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently, managing and maintaining their meeting rooms and providing refreshments for visitors. You will be responsible for ordering daily staff lunches, ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked, ordering of stationery and other office supplies.

In addition, the receptionist would work closely with the other PAs as an additional resource for overflow administrative tasks. As such, this is a great opportunity for a Receptionist looking to expand their current skill set whilst still maintaining their front of house role.
