Shop Assistant for Food and Catering Co in SW London

For generations, our client has been providing only the best food and catering services and has built up a huge number of returning customers. This lovely company is looking for a Shop Assistant to join their friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers as they come in
• Making teas and coffee
• Take orders (in the shop)
• Look after event requests and assisting where needed
• Look after stock
• Ensuring everything looks tidy and is kept incredibly clean
• Working on the till
• Preparing the food
• Gift buying
• Other bits and bobs to keep the shop ticking!

There will also be opportunities to work at client events where you will be providing the food and helping where needed. You will be paid extra for this. The would love someone who is happy to muck in and be part of their young and fun team, a years’ experience would be beneficial, an interest in food is very important but mostly they need someone who is incredibly personable and a real people person.
