Reception / Office Assistant City based Insurance House urgently requires a Front of House Receptionist / Office Assistant to support the Executive EA Team! Reception Duties: Front of House recrption duties Meeting and greeting clients Looking after 5 meeting rooms Diary management experience for 3-5 busy C-suite executives Travel management Expenses Ability to assist in ad hoc duties Replying to diary requests in a quick, timely manner Demonstrate strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise to juggle Flexible to a changing workload Formatting and collating board papers plus distribution Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills to notify teams of all updates and last minute changes Archiving and filing legal documents Software skills: Strong background with all MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint) Adobe Pro/Acrobat Call Tracy Urgently to fast track your application
