My client is a prestigious Asset management firm, who we have worked with for over 8 years. 

They have created a new role to to join their well established team. They have a low turnover in staff and greatly look after each and everyone. There is a work hard/play hard atmosphere and they offer lots of support towards career development and providing company perks and benefits. 

The role will be supporting a business manager, whilst also working with 4 of the partners. The role will develop over time, with you being responsible for overseeing many aspects of the business. 

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Operations support 
  • HR assistance
  • Management of diaries
  • Design and implement presentations 
  • Arrange meetings
  • Minutes for meetings 
  • Extensive travel co-ordination 
  • E-mail correspondence 
  • Expenses 
  • Marketing support 
  • Organise internal and external events
