An Executive Search firm based in the City, seek an Office Assistant. This role would suit a recent graduate with experience as a Receptionist/Office Assistant, looking to temp in a great location. 

This temporary assignment is for a week, to start from 24th October.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Preparing meeting rooms 
  • Setting up for audio and visual requirements (e.g. presentations, conference calls)
  • Processing incoming and outgoing post
  • Arranging for couriers and organising transportation
  • Maintaining and replenishing office supplies
  • Supporting the team wherever possible!
