Operations/Field Manager – Market Research

This leading market research agency are looking for a Field Manager to co-ordinate, manage and oversee their activities in their London based research facilities.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating participants, meeting and greeting, briefing with instructions, ensuring that you have all of the correct information and gathering data. You will be managing a team, motivating them and ensuring that targets are met as well as quality control on findings and data collected so previous managerial experience is essential. You will be liaising across the business as well as with suppliers and clients so strong communication skills are a must.

You will have excellent organisational skills, be on the ball and have high standards and attention to detail. This role would suit someone who is calm under pressure and experienced at multi-tasking and juggling multiple requests at one time.

Must have around 5 years’ + experience in a similar role such as operations/PA/projects, ideally within a retail environment.

Offices based in the City, must be happy travelling around London. Salary £35,000 - £45,000 dependent upon experience level, plus benefits.
