Our client is one of the top international law firms, they are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to work in their highly prestigious offices working on a shift pattern of 12:00 – 20:00. The ideal candidate will be articulate, switched on and eager to assist in a front of house environment.

THE COMPANY:
Our client is one of the top international law firms, they are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to work in their highly prestigious offices working on a shift pattern of 12:00 – 20:00. The ideal candidate will be articulate, switched on and eager to assist in a front of house environment.
THE ROLE:
Key Tasks:
- Meeting and greeting and being the first point of contact for external and internal users
- Working closely with Audio Visual Team re set up of video, telephone conferencing and general equipment set up
- Booking and confirming room booking requests on the internal room booking system for approximately 40 meeting rooms
- Storing luggage for clients if they wish to leave it
- Dealing with unexpected queries from external and internal users via email and phone
- Booking and announcing taxis
- Working closely with Catering Team – calling the kitchen /pantry when meetings finish, arranging sandwich lunches, set up of coffees and other refreshments in the Client Suite for new meetings.
- Answering phones and redirecting phone calls
- Registering clients, calling partners on arrival
- Liaising with Facilities regarding room combinations and set ups
- Taking clients’ coats and putting them in our cloakroom
THE PERSON:
- Must be unflappable and be able to deal with difficult personalities and requests
- Being able to prioritise workload
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to use initiative
- Receptionist experience essential, ideally gained within large professional organisations
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Extremely punctual with an excellent attendance record
- Team player attitude who will offer to help without being asked
- Presentable with a friendly personality and someone who is able to adapt to changes quickly
- Reliable, proactive and someone who is able to take instructions well
- Must be flexible to cover team absences as required
