Our Client is a leading international consultancy specialising in financial and corporate communications. They are looking for a Team Assistant with exceptional administration skills. Candidates must be enthusiastic with a can do attitude eager to adapt and hit the ground running.


The role will be supporting a team of 4 and 1 Director. Tasks will include a number of administration duties however candidates must be able to use Powerpoint to a high standard. Additional duties include but are not limited too:

  • Providing secretarial support to the team
  • Diary management – arranging lunches (and booking venues), team events, client meetings often involving direct client liaison
  • Client work including conversion of financial results statements to send to teams within the business and the London Stock Exchange
  • Preparation for results (co-ordinating printing of documents, setting up timetables, preparing sign-in sheets and badges, booking rooms and refreshments) preparing and sending out letters/emails and liaising with analysts and the press
  • Sending press releases to the LSE (can involve working outside standard contracted hours from time to time) – formatting confidential MS Word documents (including tables) to set specifications & uploading to the LSE regulated news service 
  • Interacting with clients, analysts and the press on the telephone and face to face
  • Setting up press cuttings, monitoring the press, newswires and online publications
  • Assistance with creating and formatting client and internal documents, including new business presentations
  • Strong PowerPoint & Word skills essential

The position requires someone who is organised, with a keen attention to detail, accurate and able to juggle a number of conflicting deadlines. A clear and professional telephone manner is essential as are excellent literacy and pc skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels in business life and the media.
