PA/ Office Manager - dynamic and growing business
A forward thinking fast paced and buzzy Housing and Regeneration company is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant/ Office Manager to join their team. They are a Housing Regeneration company however the sales team make up a large part of the team.
In this role you will be supporting 3 Partners organising UK travel, arranging conferences and managing their diaries. The environment is friendly, positive and hard working. The office is a close knit and would suit someone who enjoys working in a friendly and collaborative environment. The sales team can sometimes can be highly pressured therefore the ideal candidate would be someone who can maintain calm in these situations.
The day to day duties would include organises travel, taking minutes in meetings and ensuring the office is kept ticking over.
- Diary management for 3 Partners
- Arranging travel to for the team
- Formatting documents, preparing board packs and taking minutes
- Being the go to person the office
- Experience in a PA/OM role
- Self motivated, hard working
- Excellent numerical and communication skills
- Experienced in Housing and Redevelopment
