PA - Brand new company

A fast paced, growing City based pension company established in early 2013 are looking for a experienced and confident candidate to support the Managing Director. The MD that you will be supporting is the Head of New Business Development and Sales so having experience in a sales or pension environment would be desirable. This is a small company so a team sprit of mucking in is essential. This growing company looks after a wide range of exciting businesses providing pension administration services for business owners and directors. They are seeking a talented, confident and driven individual to join their team.

Job Description but not limited too:

• Email management
• Diary management
• Communicating with clients and professionals
• Monitoring potential new business
• Monitoring expenses and marketing budget
• Event organisation
• Preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
• Managing recruitment processes

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Outstanding organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to manage changing work requirements and priorities
• Ability to build strong professional relationships
• Good judgement and initiative
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Good timekeeping and ability to manage deadlines
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Additional information

• Office based but with the ability to work from home on some days
• At least 2 years experience as a PA or similar admin role
