LEGAL RECORDS AND ARCHIVES - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT
ARCHIVIST / RECORDS ASSISTANT FOR LEADING US LAW FIRM.
With offices all over the world and a spectacular base in the City of London, these people are offering a 6 months stint for someone who has been working in records / archiving in a legal or professional services environment.
Ideally the successful records assistant will have a good knowledge of records management procedures, and will be looking for a varied position which involves constant dealings with people at all levels within the firm, and with off site storage and delivery staff.
Duties include maintaining department logs, creating and printing database reports, retrieving and delivering files, indexing file into the database, creating folders and labels and processing boxes for storage and destruction.
