West-End Finance Company Seeking Experienced Team Assistant

We are looking for an experience Team Assistant to join a very busy and successful team based in the City.

The role will involve a variety of duties, from:

• Monitoring emails
• Dinner reservations and event organisation
• Expenses and invoicing
• Arranging all global travel, including visas and creating itineraries for the whole team
• PA duties to the MD

You must be ready to hit the ground running, have experience working in a fast paced, Financial company and have a hard working attitude to match.
