You will maintain proficiency with regards to time keeping operating in a fast-paced environment displaying adaptability to fluctuating work loads. As a Marketing assistant your key responsibilities will involve; for producing sales and marketing presentation and documents. Sourcing and extracting fund performance and other data, Liaising with fund administrators, Producing materials and literature for online, assisting with promotional material for the company. Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and database, you will; be confident and personable demonstrating ability to work autonomously a point of contact for all clients and colleagues in the company absence utilising your effective communication skills you will liaise with various senior officials, organising meetings with senior have strong relationship building skills have a high level of IT literacy have proven knowledge and utility of Microsoft Power Point, Excel For this role, previous experience of working in Financial services for a mininum of a year is required.
