Fundraising & Communications Assistant, ongoing temp role £10p.h, Kings Cross

Our client is a well known UK charity working within the arts sector

Currently recruiting for a Comms Team Assistant, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a national established charitable organisation.

What you will be doing

You will be contributing to the effective running of the fundraising team to develop and assist the Fundraising Manager;

  • Provide general admin support to the Fundraising Campaigns Team
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external enquiries
  • Send out resources
  • Support participants including making welcoming and follow up calls, sending emails and thanking participants
  • Share regular reports on campaign sign ups, income and expenditure
  • Carry out desk research

What they are looking for

  • Be available for an immediate start
  • Experience in dealing with contacts databases
  • Social Media experience
  • Invoice processing
  • Proven track record in a similar role, and demonstrates administrative ability
  • Have excellent organisational, communications skills
  • Able to work within the supportive team as well as carrying out duties independently without supervision
