PA/ Office Manager
An excellent opportunity for a PA/ Office Manager to join the admin and secretarial team of this manufacturing business in Tamworth.
My client is an SME manufacturing firm with an excellent reputation.
As the PA/ Office Manager you will be working alongside the CEO, FD and Sales Director, managing their meetings, coordinating diaries, planning travel and booking accommodation. Alongside this you will be managing the office, including all fleet administration, ordering stationary, managing the post, all insurance documentation and basic HR duties, including the production of contracts and induction of new starters.
The ideal candidate for the PA/ Office Manager MUST:
- Have worked in an admin and secretarial support role previously
- Be confident working as part of a small team
- Be highly organised, with the ability to handle multiple, conflicting priorities
- Be highly resilient and approachable
£25,000 - £28,000 + 7% pension + 4 x life assurance + 23 days holiday
