PA for Independent Advertising Agency

Based in London's exciting west end, this advertising agency still enjoys the family feel of a smaller company, with the talent and business plan to also put it amongst the top players in the business.

You will assist the Directors as well as run a growing London office. Key duties include:

• Arrange travel and hotel bookings
• Undertake a range of projects as determined by the Directors
• Take telephone calls and messages on behalf of the Directors
• Liaise with finance regarding invoices, contracts etc.
• Co-ordinate meetings and the collation of reports and the follow-up of actions

You will be a highly organised, driven and motivated self-starter with a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting as an PA to CEO level.
