One of our City based, Consultancy clients are looking for a Team Coordinator to join the team. This person will be responsible for the smooth running of all administrative tasks in the department and will be both externally and internally facing. The clients they work with are usually FTSE 250 companies and so we are looking for a Team Coordinator who has the confidence and professionalism to liaise with people at senior level.

Typical Team Coordinator duties will include; booking travel, arranging meetings, dealing with expenses, being the first point of contact for queries, assisting with pitches for new business, putting together PowerPoint presentations, inbox and diary management, updating the database, liaising with suppliers and all typical admin. The Team Coordinator will be integral to the team and so we are looking for a candidate with

a good level of education and a keen eye for detail. In addition, the Team Coordinator must have prior project management experience and have strong numerical and IT skills.
