We have a fantastic opportunity for a second jobber to work as an Office Assistant at a professional and successful Property Investment company based in the heart of the City. There is a wonderful family feel within the office, which gives a lovely team environment, and they are looking for an Office Assistant who would fit this environment whilst also being extremely client facing. As the Office Assistant, you will be helping with a variety of requests such as admin support to the team, PA support to the MD, general office duties, meeting and greeting clients, assisting with events and ad hoc Office Assistant duties as required. They are looking for an Office Assistant who is flexible and happy to help out wherever needed whilst also being extremely client facing and acting as an ambassador as first point of contact on the phone and in the office. The successful Office Assistant will be well presented, articulate and be used to working in a professional office environment.
