Team Assistant, Trading Floor - Immediate stasrt!

IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY - this is a great opportunity for a team spirited individual with a positive attitude, great team administrative skills and a vibrant personality to support a busy team on the trading floor.

Working alongside a senior PA, you will be the completely relied upon as a second point of contact for the team and will assist with the organisation of global travel and meeting preparation. You will also be handling overflow admin, processing expenses, printing material for the large team, message taking, errand running and generally being indispensably helpful!

This is an intense and demanding environment and you will effectively be taking the admin load off of the PA while she looks to hire someone permanently.
