Polished PA for Head of Private Members Club

I’m looking for a first rate, articulate and polished PA to be the face of a top Private Members Club in Central London. You will have had at least 2 years PA experience, dealing with a frantic diary, lots of correspondence and a very busy schedule. You will need to have loads of emotional intelligence, confident and adept building relationships with HNW members as well as staff. You will be the go-to person in the club, problem solving, always acting with discretion and diplomacy, pacifying agitated guests and being the eyes and ears of the CEO. You will be working closely with the executive team who are young and dynamic, full of new ideas and ways to improve the member’s experience. There will be adhoc projects too, no day will be the same.
