Temporary Receptionists/Administrators - £9.00 to £12.00ph
We are currently seeking experienced Receptionists and Administrators for a variety of assignments, ranging from short-term day cover to ongoing roles.
These opportunities would be perfect for entrepreneurs/actresses/actors or individuals who are seeking ad-hoc roles in between jobs.
Our clients are some of the top names in the Corporate and Creative sectors.
Ideally, you would have had previous experience working within Office Support/Administrative/Reception space or in a 5 star Customer Service based role.
Duties will include;
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Managing the general reception email in-box
- General house-keeping and keeping office tidy
- Dealing with the post
- Being a point of contact for suppliers
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Booking travel
- Managing diaries
