Finance Assistant and Office Administrator
A well known, established and prestigious Management Consultancy is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant and Office Administrator to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a hard working, switched on and confident individual to join an intellectually stimulating environment.
In the role you will be required to work autonomously and on use your own initiative. The tasks include generating expenses, creating invoices and basic credit control. In this role you will be liaising with clients and suppliers on a regular basis. You will also be working very closely with the Office Manager assisting with diary management, managing a database and organising travel.
This is a dynamic, busy and varied role. Having prior experience working with invoices and expenses is essential. If you have worked with Quickbook or sage this would be advantageous.
Part of the process will be to complete testing so this must be something you feel comfortable and confident to complete.
