High profile luxury organisation based in the heart of the west is looking for a dynamic assistant to support two Client facing directors.
Detailed Job Description
The main function will be supporting the two Directors:


* Calendar management
* Maintaining stationery supplies
* VIP client purchase and consignment management
* Organising lunches and dinners for VIP Clients in conjunction with Regional Reps, Client Development and Special Events
* Booking travel arrangements and effectively co-ordinating messages and tasks whilst managers are travelling
* Confident and efficient handling of client liaison both by telephone and in writing
* Create PowerPoint presentations for talks and presentations
* Preparing paperwork and pulling together relevant information for client visits/meetings
* Assisting with Proposals for sale
* Administrative assistance for meetings
* Create weekly boardroom guest lists
* Organise lunches and client visits


Skills / Competencies / Experience:

* Possess excellent secretarial skills
* Be discreet with confidential information
* Confident and efficient handling of client liaison
* Computer literate (excellent knowledge of Word is essential)
* Possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
* Be reliable and capable of working well as part of a busy
* Be committed to helping run the department on a day-to-day basis.
* Be enthusiastic with a flexible approach a
* Knowledge of titles and correct forms of address
* Interest in the business
