Event & Festival Organisation – Facilities & Office Manager
Our client is a leading Event and Festival organiser who are behind some of the world’s top Creative Events and are looking for a Facilities and Office Manager to report directly into the Festival Director.
Based in the heart of London, this really is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get totally immersed in this role.
The key purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a very busy office, acting as a real lynch pin to the business as it continues to expand.
Duties will include management and the upkeep of the office environment, getting involved in procurement and negotiating the best deals for the business, ensuring up to date spreadsheets for finance-related costs are keep at all times, overseeing and managing relationships with external facilities suppliers and ordering all catering supplies for the company.
You will also oversee and coordinate all bookings for the meeting rooms and be responsible for ordering all stationery for the office. You will work very closely with the Festival Director taking the lead on organising the relocation to offsite festivals too. Organising internal staff events and parties will also be part of the remit. The ideal person will have previous office management skills in a fast paced environment and be highly efficient.
You will also have outstanding communication skills and enjoy organising yourself and others. You must be a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative who can work well on their own and in a team. This really is an amazing opportunity to join this world-famous company.
