I am recruiting for an Office Manager to join my client who are in the creative industry, you will be an experienced Administrator who has a desire to gain further skills and experience within the creative world! The company have a work hard player harder attitude and have a lot of fun perks for their employees to enjoy, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves all things creative!
- Day to day running of office
- Oder supplies
- Meet and greet visitors
- Responsible for IT, health and safety and facilities
- Assisting finance with expenses, invoices etc
- HR - creating new starter packs, recruitment, manage holidays and organise employee onboarding
- Ad hoc duties as required
You will be:
- Fun, hardworking and adaptable
- Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, MailChimp and social media
- Passionate about all things creative
- Previous admin/pa experience
