I am recruiting for an Office Manager to join my client who are in the creative industry, you will be an experienced Administrator who has a desire to gain further skills and experience within the creative world! The company have a work hard player harder attitude and have a lot of fun perks for their employees to enjoy, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves all things creative!


  • Day to day running of office
  • Oder supplies
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Responsible for IT, health and safety and facilities
  • Assisting finance with expenses, invoices etc
  • HR - creating new starter packs, recruitment, manage holidays and organise employee onboarding
  • Ad hoc duties as required

You will be:

  • Fun, hardworking and adaptable
  • Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, MailChimp and social media
  • Passionate about all things creative
  • Previous admin/pa experience
