An exclusive private health clinic is seeking an EA / Executive Assistant to provide a highly confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Chairman in their global organisation! There are about 1500 people in sites across the UK and they are owned by an Australian company. They are looking for an EA / Executive Assistant who will hit the ground running, be discreet, loyal, manage business affairs and be an excellent relationship builder! Experience of working within a scientific or clinical setting is KEY.

Duties include:

*Extensive diary and inbox management
*Detailed and thorough international travel arrangements
*Preparing internal/external meetings with agendas and presentations
*Administration tasks such as invoices and a variety of documentation
*Manage extensive filing system coordinating several organisations across the world
*Planning conferences or events and booking meetings
*Generally ensuring the offices are presented to a high standard

Essential qualities:

*Experience working in a scientific or clinical setting as a PA / EA
*Experience working at supportive level to Board Level
*Sound knowledge of clinical / medical terminology
*Attention to detail
*Excellent communication and business skills
*Degree educated

The EA / Executive Assistant will demonstrate high level of sensitivity and political acumen to work for the Chairman in the nature of the business as well as approaching their secretarial and administrative duties with integrity and flexibility.
