As a Front of House Corporate Receptionist it is your responsibility to meet and greet. You will be working for a professional corporation and you will also join an elite team of highly experienced professionals. You will be required to be the first point of contact for the business and therefore must be able to be extremely resourceful.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
*Taking inbound calls
*Issuing passes
*Meet and Greet Visitors
*Meeting room bookings
*Meeting room set up (projectors, Video calls, and conference calls)
*Providing refreshments and organizing meeting lunches when required
*Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory for the same
*General Office tasks (faxing, scanning, photocopying, binding)
*Dealing with Post (sorting in-coming franking out-going)
*Organizing Couriers
*General Admin support for Corporate Services (office Manager)
