The role will involve a mix of duties that includes diary management, arranging of travel that is weekly, meeting management across time zones, screening and managing the Managing Partner's inbox, updating of databases, document preparation, expenses and also working closely with the Office Manager to assist with logistics of events and other ad hoc projects/administration.
In terms of characteristics the role is really requiring someone who is highly organised, proactive, forward thinking and positive in nature. Furthermore diaries and plans can change and it therefore require the ability to change and re-prioritise offering initiative and flexibility.
In terms of hours, these are 9am - 6pm with blackberry support. The salary is competitive dependent on experience.
