HR Business Partner, Warrington (nr Liverpool), £37/40k ref 5033

Our successful and growing tech/comms client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their expanding business. Located in Warrington this will be an exciting role reporting directly to the HR Director located in their London HQ. Seeking a proactive and innovative professional the successful candidate will have;

• A proven track record of relevant human resources experience.
• Sound judgement with the ability to establish a high level of credibility in the organisation and act as a trusted advisor.
• Previous experience of developing and leading L&D initiatives.
• Previous experience with implementing HR systems.
• Broad understanding and previous experience of having advised on employee relations issues.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels of the organization
• Ability to multi-task and delegate appropriately, while also being able to roll up sleeves when necessary, ensuring the job is always done to a consistently high standard.
